Great place

Great place ! We have bought 2 new Kia’s from Angela and she is always great to work with . Treated us very fairly with our trades and worked hard to get the deal done quickly. The finance department has always treated us well also . They make the process simple .I would definitely recommend them if your looking for a vehicle.

Just leased a 2022 Sorrento. Our salesman called us at home to let us know they were going to be getting one in so we didn’t miss out. Very helpful in this market where new Kia’s are so hard to get. Great folks to work with!

Had a great experience with the Service Dept. at Smart...

Had a great experience with the Service Dept. at Smart Kia. They had to replace the engine in a 2013 KIA Optima thru an extended warranty. Joshua Henry, Service Advisor, had KIA approve the repair and ordered a new engine. He kept us informed when he received the parts and when it was ready for pickup. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them. They made it easy for us! Thank you!

Had a great experience leasing a new Kia Forte with Smart...

Had a great experience leasing a new Kia Forte with Smart Kia of Davenport The salesman was courteous and took time to show all the cars features without trying upsell us. The general manager took the time to come talk to us and even helped in the process, and the F-and-I office did not try to force any extraneous add-ons to our deal. The entire process was a pleasure, and after visiting many other lots on our car purchasing journey, they were by far the best shop in town.

Best car buying experience I have had

Frank, the salesman was very good at answering my questions, explaining the main features and basic features of the vehicle. He and the finance manager were friendly and no pressure and made good use of my time. Excellent experience! Probably the best new car buying experience I have had.

Did not plan to buy that first visit but did.

Planned on just looking at a vehicle, but the salesman Rick Hawk was great and answered my questions, the rest of the staff was very prompt and friendly. They were willing to work with me on a few things and I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle that I was looking at. I would buy from them again if I need another vehicle.
