I had an excellent experience working with Smart Kia of Davenport. Austin Baker and the staff went over and beyond to meet my concerns and needs for a new car. There was no pressure by anyone to make a purchase, and Austin spent whatever amount of time it took to answer any questions I had. His easy going personality and knowledge made this a great experience for me. I will come back to Smart Kia for any of my car needs in the future. I highly recommend Austin and the Kia staff for anyone looking for their next car.

I had a great experience with Smart Kia.

I had a great experience with Smart Kia. Everyone I spoke with was professional and transparent throughout the entire process. They evaluated my old vehicle for trade-in while I test drove a few new vehicles, and their trade-in offer was exactly in line with what my research told me I should have gotten. The initial offer they presented to me for my new vehicle also reflected my research, and was in line with Kelley Blue Book's fair purchase price. I really appreciated the no xx mentality and respect they showed to me as a customer.
