Awesome service.

Really apreciate the time they took to check my car and explained to me in detail everything about my vehicle. Thank you very much! Outstanding customer service! The dealer was very clean as well.

Prompt courteous and exactly what’s expected of them

I truly appreciate the high quality of service I always receive at Tisha Acura! The representatives are always professional very customer focus today I had the pleasure of working with Leon Sampson he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I will contact him for my next visit !

Pleasant and exceptional

I was greeted promptly at the entrance. I mentioned to the gentleman that I was there for my first oil change. He guided me to the counter and was able to pull up my information with no problem. He gave me an estimate wait time and directed me to an area that was comfortable and refreshing. Shortly after my car was done but they did the unexpected and cleaned my car as well as complete a full diagnostic. I enjoyed my experience and would likely return again.

Excellent Customer Service Provided BY Justin Phipps

Companies these days seem to forget just how important excellent customer service means to the customer. And Justin Phipps customer service skills are the best I have ever experienced. I can not start to say enough about how well I was treated by Justin in getting my Acura MDX issues resolved. He even got up and attempted to resolve a minor issue for me. Tischer Acura would be wise to keep Justin Phipps around and to put him in a leadership role. Your company would only benefit as a result of having people like him working for you. Very professional and respectful

Sales associate was honest, professional, respectful and did not employ pressure tactics. Sold the MDX on the attributes of the car, didn’t talk business until it was appropriate, and didn’t play games with price, financing, and incentives (do other dealers really think people are that stupid these days?).
