This is the third time Tischer has gained our business over a dealer much closer to us. They deal honestly and don’t throw on fees when you go to close the deal. Very professional.

Han in the Service Dept. was extremely courteous in arranging for loaner car and explaining service needed on vehicle. Great experience, compared to last time when service dept was rude. We said we would give Tischer another chance and we are glad that e did. This is our 3rd MDX and we also had a TLS prior to going to the MDX. Love the vehicle..

The folks at Tischer Acura were knowledgeable, professional and courteous making the used car buying experience one that was definitely low stress. I really appreciated the fact that they were a one stop shop - evaluated my trade-in, prepped the new car, transferred all the paperwork and plates, initiated the loan; in and out in 2.5 hours. Haven't ever done that before at any dealer or Carmax.

Scheduled my appt. online. I was 10 minutes late arriving, but they were waiting for me. My service advisor, Michael Powell, is simply the best., polite, respectful considerate, knowledgeable are just a few adjectives to describe him. I, truly, appreciate him. Everything went well. I was in and out in less than an hour. I do not hesitate driving from Upper Marlboro, Md to Tischer Acura for my service needs. Please keep up the good work. I am a customer for life.
