Brought the car in for 20,000 mile check, windshield chip repair and any other body dings. Also got iPhone resynched. Excellent service, fixed windshield and found 2 dings which we fixed. I appreciate the help.

No Customer service
Well after 32 days my plates showed up, but my truck is STILL in the shop for the second time! I purchased this truck 9/17/19. I was a LITTLE UPSET when they told me there were NO FLOOR MATS, and the power running boards don't work. The dealer acted like he didn’t care. I live over 100 miles away, and when I told him I was interested in this truck and I was coming to see it tomorrow. He immediately told me I would need to put down $500 in order for him to “hold” it for me. (Since it was a day later... he didn’t charge me the $500 ???) After 15 days of ownership the check engine light came on, and truck was shifting VERY rough. The dealership in my home town Mankato told me there was a software update on the transmission system. It was updated and the truck ran fine for 24 hours. Now it’s down shifting rough , and has the same shifting issues. They are replacing transmission parts. All of which is under warranty. Now the dealership where my truck is getting worked on is telling me that I have a check engine light problem that was cleared out before I purchased the vehicle! Total cost of repairs is $620+tax! On a truck that I JUST PURCHASED! I called Lexus of Maplewood KNOWING this happened exactly on day 30. They told me I should have purchased the extended warranty and management would not do anything! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Every conversation I have had with the guy who sold me the truck is a sad apology! My sticker in the back window expired on a Sunday. I called him on that Saturday and he blamed it on the state, and said he would send me a new sticker. Well, on Tuesday that week he FINALLY mailed the sticker. I drove a new truck around for over three days with an expired sticker in the back window! Currently my plates are here, and my truck is in the shop on day 7! After 34 days of ownership!
