Got new chrome wheels for my RX350 because the old ones pitted & were covered by warranty. Tim tracked down the same style wheel and also recommended good replacement tires. Super happy with the new wheels- they seem much better quality than my old ones and look great on my car. Special Thanks to Tim Stearns and his team!

Beware if you have a Lexus RX350 with a sunroof! There is a class action lawsuit against Lexus for Sunroofs exploding for no reason which is what happened to me. Lexus claimed no responsibility and would not fix it under our warranty. When our insurance company had us take it somewhere else to fix it for a third of the cost Lexus went ahead and put in the sunroof before we got there so they could claim their money. When we took it to the repair shop somewhere else they told us the sunroof was installed incorrectly by Lexus and we would eventually have problems. Their lack of business integrity astounded us! Frankly, I want to just sell this vehicle because of the way this was handled! We bought a Lexus because we thought we would avoid these kind of conniving, unethical dealings! I have never experienced such a lack of customer service!!!

Excellent service without pressure to have other services performed that you didn't bring your vehicle in for. Very professional and enjoy the free carwash as well.
