I presented a very fair offer for a used vehicle and they refused to even discuss the price. Even when I met them in the middle, they still would not negotiate and told me the price was final. They tried to tell me that the car was not a previous rental vehicle when the Carfax showed exactly that. I even asked for the manager to call me multiple times and they never did. This is very unprofessional and not what I expected for a dealership with so many good reviews. I am very disappointed with how they treated me, especially since I was ready to buy the car.

I live in Arizona and my elderly parents 87 and 84 years old went to Everett to look for what I told them I wanted and they were treated very well and recommended a truck to me and I went and bought it from Melvin. Five star experience thank you
