Our Escape is currently waiting for the 2nd or 3rd part

Our Escape is currently waiting for the 2nd or 3rd part to arrive. We've been dealing with this for 2 weeks. Communication is not the greatest. I was given on loaner on Friday. My job requires a lot of driving so reliable transportation is a must.
