I have been going to Melina Ford for the last six years purchasing cars. I had a wonderful experience with this Ford company and I remain a loyal customer. They worked on getting me financed. They did their best and I hadn’t gotten a great deal on my vehicle.

Coop, my sales representative, couldn’t have been anymore awesome. Knowledgeable and efficient. Never felt pressured. Totally felt like he was really helping me out. Maurice in finance was awesome too! Total experience at Mullins Ford Vero was outstanding.

I had the best auto buying experience here in all my years. It went smoothly, so much easier than I expected. Robert Sala was great in every step of the process. He is an interesting and relatable conversationalist, he knows when to talk and when to listen, he's a good listener. Great Car Buying Experience. Bought a used Car here with the help from Shena. She was so compassionate and helpful. Had been to a local Toyota dealership the week before and left in tears and I wasn't going to buy a car. Until I met Shena. Thank You Shena for making this a pleasant experience. Robert Sala and Rubin Martinez were very helpful throughout the entire process, polite and respectful, no sales pitch or pressure. The receptionist was very polite too and other staff were willing to help as well.

I purchased my first car from Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach yesterday. The entire process was the easiest, best, and most rewarding car purchase experience I have ever had. This is the ninth Ford my family has purchased at different dealerships. I was very excited the car experience went so well. My salesperson, Carol Lancaster, worked efficiently to give me all the information I was looking for to make an informed purchase. Simply stated, she made it easy for me to buy the car. I have already recommended her to my auto insurance specialist and several others. The finance guy, Ruben, did an excellent job moving everything along to close the sale in a friendly, professional manner.

I have been coming to Mullinax since it opened in vero, and have absolutely loved it. I brought my vehicle in for service last week and Jessica Egan was my service advisor and this was my very first bad experience, now I’m a little older so I know I may not catch on as quick and I may ask a few more questions but the way she handled was disappointing she was so annoyed by me, never smiled even when I tried to lighten the situation with a silly joke, such a unhappy young woman! I just gave up and continued with please and thank you’s. In my opinion if you were that unhappy with your job you just find a new one. I am doing this review anonymously because I know what a great place this is and I would like to continue being a customer and I will request a new service advisor once it’s time to come back! Thank you to Melissa who helped check me out when my car was ready and Thank to the young man who helped me find my car (sorry I didn’t get his name).
