New Buick

Walked in to get information on a new SUV. Everyone at the dealership made things almost to easy. Friendly, listened to my concerns, worked with me. Bottom line walked out with a new Buick. Very happy with the whole experience.

My FIRST experience with David West

This is my first experience with a dealership. I went there only to look and thoroughly check some specific vehicles that I had made a list of earlier that morning after finishing my 18 hours of looking online and picking out my top 15. I stopped by that early afternoon as my 3rd stop that day. I pulled in the parking lot and the first car I seen as I pulled my bike in to the parking spot was a Blue Velvet Metallic 2015 Camaro SS with the SS stripes, tinted windows and sunroof... I got off the bike as my mouth started to water 😂😂😂 I walked over to check it out and xxxx this thing was Sexy!! Fully loaded Stage 2 SS!!! 29,000. 00 miles!!! This thing isn't even broke in yet!! I was able to give the car a quick look before Mr. West made it over to me. He greeted me on the way over. He was extremely personable and out going. He reminded me of someone you could hang out with so it was instantly a relaxed situation and that made me a lot more comfortable. He went inside to get the key after we discussed the car a bit and was back to show the inside hear it run. It sounded amazing! Had a nice rumble to it. He told me what he knew of the car and the condition since it is an as-is car. Sounded fair enough. Next was the test drive... As he pulled the car out I got a little excited. I mean this is far from my first Hot Rod but definitely the newest and nicest. The car picks up speed very strongly and handles perfectly. Performance is top notch! I arrived back to the dealership and was in love. I mean its not even on the list I made but I've always had a weakness for muscle cars so it won me over quickly. So we went inside to discuss numbers and get some background info and all that. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. I honestly expected to get turned down since I haven't used my credit in 14 years (work-a-holic). I run a business and have for a very long time so I know people pretty well and can read them pretty good and I was present when this guy goes to bat for me and gives me a win!! It did take a little while for the to come back with an approval but he did get me the car I truly wanted. I was honestly very surprised he was able to do it and I can't thank him enough. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Process was Streamlined

They were direct and to the point. No high pressure sales tactics nor were they inflating themselves in order to make the sale . I appreciated their directness.

GMC 2500

Very positive experience. Darius had everything ready when I got there. No “surprises” whatsoever. Deal was exactly what we had agreed to. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, this ranks very high up there in my buying experiences.

transmission repair

had problems with my 2017 z-71 silverado, mr. cannons service dept. got me up and running, in no time, and at a reasonable rate. even offered a loaner. 5 star sir.

Very satisfied customer

They helped me out when I was in a very bad bind. My job requires a lot of driving. Without a vehicle I am out of work. My car I had bought brand new 3 years ago from another dealer broke down and was not going to be a quick, easy or inexpensive fix and the dealer I bought from was going to make things even harder on me by stating they would only fix it if I allowed them to but a $10,000 new engine in it, yet it did not require the whole engine only the turbo. Still owing 2 more years on the broke car and just getting a new truck for my husband most car dealers turned me down yet Glenn Poke was able to get me a third car loan and put me in a very nice used car that met my requirments and price range. They did it very quick too only causing me to miss half a day of work. I will be using them and only them for all my future purchases. I truly think all of ya'll at Glean Poke for being very polite, understanding, and busting butt to help me out!
