Sleazy ripoff artists
I do not recommend buying a car from these people. In my opinion they operate just like the classic, sleazy car salesmen that we've all come to hate. They scammed me into a useless anti theft policy that I didn't want or even discuss.

Friendly and efficient
Although I didn't buy my 2015 Escape from Crowley (we lived in a different state at the time of purchase) I have taken it in for service there, and we have since bought another Escape from this dealership. I was greeted promptly and we decided on what service would be performed on my car. I choose to wait in the comfortable customer lounge, and my car was ready in a very reasonable time.

Nice experience.
We walked in to look at a used truck. This truck was in great shape. The salesman said take your time to look it over. We looked at everything. They said they did a safety check before they put anything on the lot. The only thing that i did not like is they did not chThe next day my friend came over to look at the truck, and he is a car guy, he said lets look at the air fillter. It was black.

Treats customers like idiots
I dropped my vehicle off to have service done. After spending several times on the phone regarding price of a starter installed I told them hoffman had it for 166 plus tax. They then told me they would do it for that price. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed it was more money.

Great experience!
I went to this dealership while I was shopping for a new Ford Explorer. From the first visit, to delivery of my new vehicle, Seth Strano was great to work with. changing- lack full overallinspection like I used to get-
I question why i would be asked what I want done when my record of service should tell that story. I also believe that when I purchased lifetime oil changes ( free) when I purchased the car- why that isn't automatically handled- I consistently have to get it deleted from the bill.
