Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I wanted Transit 350 high roof, extended. They had few in stocks. I wanted to buy it but they wouldn't sell it to me because backup camera wasn't working. Week later, van is sold.

I served our country proudly in the US Army and qualified

I served our country proudly in the US Army and qualified for the Ford veterans discount, but Gengras Ford refused to honor that discount. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone else who have served your country

Typical bait and switch on this site. Spent three days working with them on this bronco priced at 49k. When the send the paperwork the price is 63k! It was a "glitch by cars.com" but a week later still there

John Veiezis provided excellent service in finding me a 2025 ford Maverick. Alia Fraser’s explanation of the features on the new hybrid were very informative and easy to understand. The finance people made it easy to get through the process. All and all the people at Gengras Ford made my buying experience easy, without pressure or stress. Highly recommend these people.

I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most

I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases.

DO NOT service your vehicle here if you value customer service. “People come first” should be replaced with “Profit comes first” as their motto. Brought our Ford Explorer in for an AC compressor and learned a previously noted oil leak getting worse. We agreed to diagnosing the leak which required us bringing the car in a week later for evaluation. Instead of waiting to understand all required repairs needed, the service “advisor” allowed us to spend $1800 on the AC compressor first, and the following week we were told we had to replace the engine for over $10K. They provided a low price for our vehicle which forced us to sell elsewhere. When discussing the poor service advisement, management wouldn’t help make the situation right after learning the car was no longer available to them as a trade in or service customer. If there is no promise of future business, your satisfaction does not matter. I would not recommend anyone to use this dealership for service.

False advertising on cars.

False advertising on cars.com and their own website. Advertise for 43K but “our website has a glitch” 55K. Going to file a complaint with BBB.

Stay Away from these Thieves!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Went in needing my exhaust manifold and o2 sensor changed. I gave them an exact description of the problem. It took them 2 weeks to diagnose what I had already told them was wrong and took another week to fix the problem. To top it off they called to say the car was ready only to find another problem in the 10 minutes it took me to get there. Communication was extremely poor on their end. Because of them I will never buy another Ford product again. Save your money and go elsewhere!!
