I just bought a 2012 Audi A6 and boy was it the biggest
I just bought a 2012 Audi A6 and boy was it the biggest mistake of my life. They have completely lied on many accounts and have claimed they’ve just had it serviced yet they somehow missed the massive oil leak and timing chain rattle. Everyone has been no help at all and they keep telling me to call the manager AL yet he won’t answer or give me a call back. This place knows very little about the cars they have and just try to flip them as quick as possible.

Disappointing Experience
If you don’t have good credit you might as well forget about financing the car you’re looking. The president/owner will tell you “No Deal” and will not compromise about the deal then deny a deposit to AT LEAST place the car on hold and move forward with another customer that has cash money in hand regardless if you make $57,000 a year for a $13,000 car. Just a disappointing shopping and customer service experience at Coda Motors. Lastly, Coda motors only have a 15 day warranty.

DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE! Car broken in a few months
I purchased my used car from CODA MOTORS at the end of July (2021) and I am selling it tomorrow (November 2021) due to transmission issues. I also recently had the A/C fixed and condenser replaced, but it crapped out in August. All of this within a few months of having the car. I was also told by the salesperson that it was AWD, it wasn't until I got home and checked the VIN when I found it was 2WD. This overlook was probably on me as well, but I didn't expect to be lied to. The actual experience of buying the car was fine which is why I gave 3 stars and not 2, but make sure you do your due diligence and have the car inspected thoroughly. I lost a lot of money because the car is worth way less now due to the transmission issues.

I was warmly welcomed by Nikki, the petite administrative lady. The car dealer had a wide inventory of autos. After selecting one for a test drive, I was impressed by the quality of that car. Though the $3000 02 X5 was already sold. The Caucasian young adult salesman showed me an alternative product. I test drove and purchased a '02 X5 with over 100,000 less miles, for a reasonable market rated price of $6995. I think that the administrative office has efficient employee staff members. Nikki did a professional job in making the selling process less stressful. Actually she was kind, gentle and respectful as I went through the administrative process of purchasing this car. 1 star until they refund my $400 cash deposit from May 1st. They have avoided us and are giving nothing but excuses. Buy somewhere else.
