Brought my FIAT 500 Abarth in for a Service Recall. The service was completed in less than an hour, during which I was able to look at the new FIAT 500e EV. Everyone there was very pleasant & helpful. It was a fine experience!

Good service, requested a vehicle inspection.

Good service, requested a vehicle inspection. Was given a sheet printed black & white intended for color impossible to read. Would like to have another copy emailed to me in color. Tried to call, but call was dropped immediately twice.

Easy to make an appointment, staff was friendly and

Easy to make an appointment, staff was friendly and attendent upon arrival. Performed oil change and full inspection. Work took somewhat longer than expected. Inspection summary was excellent but printed in black & white and difficult to read, intended for color printers. Also price seemed a little expensive for a simple oil change. Probably just inflation caused by the current administration!!👎👎

On the way to get annual oil change the CEL came on.

On the way to get annual oil change the CEL came on. Tech found a loose EVAP. Tightened the fasteners & cleared the problem. Kelly kept me informed and all went well.

Had to bring in my Jeep 4xe for a warranty issue with the battery. Christine and the crew at Harper took care of me and made the best out of a lengthy repair due to parts availability. They got me in a loaner and Christine kept me in the loop on what was happening over the course of the 5 weeks they had my jeep. I really appreciated it and will continue to recommend them to friends and family
