After several attempts to buy a vehicle at multiple jeep

After several attempts to buy a vehicle at multiple jeep dealerships, Harper Jeep earned my business. The sales team was great, and the salesman Randall was even better. This is actually the second Jeep I’ve bought from Randall at two different Jeep stores. If you’re looking for a Jeep/ Ram vehicle I’d recommend going to Harper and ask for Randall D.

Madeline was very efficient in getting my car in and out for an oil change and tire rotation. Also explained the recommended up coming tire replacements and also cabin filter replacement as well.

Really like the drive thru !

Really like the drive thru ! Everyone was so friendly and professional ! Made me imagine the pit crew team at Nascar. Jeff was awesome and explained a probable with several warning lights on abs failures! I was about to try ordering abs control module online. He warned that programing would be hard or impossible! Chrysler needs to make this priority to fix ! The only fix would be new purchase ! Have a trust problem with that ! Jeff was great and put me on "list" if Chrysler does the fix !

Had a great experience at Harper today. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They found my battery was low voltage and recharged it. Happy I went there today.
