I had a problem with my new 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2

I had a problem with my new 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 bison. Chevrolet did not get the part to the dealer timely. Although I am not happy with Chevrolet corporate and the contact, people I dealt with, I highly commend Sunset CHEVROLET general manager Tyler Foss and my salesman, Mark Ball for the care and concern they provided. They took care of me when I needed to get another Vehicle due to the long delay caused by the manufacturer in their inability to get the part to Sunset timely. I gave the vehicle back and Tyler Foss made sure I had a loaner vehicle and worked out a better deal for me in ordering a new truck. Thank you for your help Tyler Foss.

Christine in the Service department is amazing!

Christine in the Service department is amazing! Kept me updated throughout process. Although had to wait for parts, actual fixing was quick! Will definitely be going back for all my maintenance and service needs.

I just had my GMC Envoy in for a drivers side window

I just had my GMC Envoy in for a drivers side window motor replace and when I got home found a bolt on the drivers side floor mat, hope the window motor doesn't fall out.

Totally hosed me.

Totally hosed me. I walked out with almost $20k in worthless add ons. Still trying to recover from buying an 8 year old Chevrolet Colorado for over $40k. Was totally taken for a ride during a very vulnerable time. I will NEVER do business with them again. I have told dozens of my experience and all will stay away.

Craig W was great to work with.

Craig W was great to work with. Gave me top dollar for my trade and told him what I was looking for got my options right away with estimated payments. Wasn’t feeling very good let him know that up front so he made sure all the paperwork was completed before I got there to further speed up the process. Finance was great as well. We were a few dollars off the estimated price and were more than willing to work with me on getting what I wanted into the loan while hitting the original payment. Great guys!!
