The staff was phenomenal.

The staff was phenomenal with our decision to buy a used pre- owned vehicle. Could not beat the quote for the car. The staff was generous and nice. would highly recommend anyone who is looking into buying a Mercedes Benz.

service center problems

I am not satisfied with my service and nobody seems to care. Maybe a bad review or fifty will get their attention. After my service I found a dirty cabin filter that was not changed. They missed it according to the service manager Gus. Its in plain sight. I saw it as soon as soon as I opened the hood of the engine compartment. If they missed this what else did they miss. Are the technicians paid by the job? probably, most are. Are the technicians cutting corners to make better money? I have asked the service department to redo the service because I have no faith that is was done correctly. All I hear is crickets.. No calls back. I guess this is how they treat their negative reviews.

Simply Excellent

Everyone in the dealership is helpful and courteous. Even the cafeteria lady would ask if you wanted coffee and those free Knick Knacks. Mike was very helpful and informative and made the process really painless.

Wonderful Dealership

I came in to trade in my BMW for a new Mercedes and was treated with respect by everyone I encountered. The Salesman, Chad Rybar was the best! Informative, polite and not pushy at all. Would use Temecula again!

Omar was easy to work with and did not make the deal tedious as it can be at some dealerships. He was nice , professional and got us taken care ion as quickly as he could.
