Took my car in because it was not starting all the time,

Took my car in because it was not starting all the time, they charged a 525.00 fee to diagnose and if I would go with them the 525 would go towards the bill. The diagnosis was...auto needs a fuel pump total cost of 1850.00??? My local mechanic in La Quinta would have charged me 600.00 (please note my daughter lives in Temecula and took the vehicle there without calling me first) Of course I was upset at the cost but I had no choice but to try to negotiate with them, my mechanic 600.00 and their fee regardless was 525.00, I offered them 1200.00 vs getting it towed...the immediately reduced it to 1200.00. Fast forward 5 days later car is done, I got a text on Tuesday stating your car is ready for pick up, I would be coming from La Quinta and didn't have a ride and I advised them I would pick it up no later than Saturday. Friday I sent Ruben a text at 9 AM letting him know I have a ride and I would get there Saturday around 2 to 3 pm, at 1:30 pm I received a text from Jose responding on Ruben's behalf that car is not ready and will be ready by Monday??? I was already on the road and only 30 minutes way from a 2 hour drive. I called and call went to VM, I called dealership and they said they will get back to me, 10 minutes later I get a call from Jose stating the reason the car is not ready because it was involved in an accident at the dearlership???? This was so dishonest to lead me to believe that car was not ready not because of an accident. They lied!!! I got to the dealership, paid my 1200.00 they should have not charged me anything honestly. AT that point I really didn't trust them, I took it to my mechanic and La Quinta and got their insurance involved. I dropped off the car to the auto shop, please note I had my car parked in my garage until I can take it to the auto shop, when I moved the car I saw mice/rat droppings under the vehicle?? my garage is empty and I have never seen any droppings. I received a call from my auto shop after I dropped off and they said that it appears that there are rodents in the car????? OMG I can't even believe this!!! I am not sure how the rodents got in? They advised me after I pick up the car to hire a pest control company to take care of this matter. BTW I did speak with the GM, he apologized and he said he wrote up Ruben and Reza the service manager, but offered nothing. I have to contact the insurance company on Monday to advise them of the rodent issue, hopefully they will cover the pest control company. Lastly I had given Ruben 1 one star and he texted me twice almost harassing me and requesting for me to change his rating as when he was informed that the car was in a car accident he was too busy at Disneyland with his young son. I do feel bad for Ruben but he should of notified me ASAP car was involved in an accident.

I brought our low-mileage 2017 Mercedes SLC300 into to

I brought our low-mileage 2017 Mercedes SLC300 into to the service center, as it had been at another local shop for an oil change where they massively overfilled it. Oil was in the coolant reservoir, all over the engine, my driveway, our garage floor and was blowing out the exhaust pipes. I had it towed to the dealership as I was concerned about possible damage. The dealership concluded that the head gasket was blown as there was oil near the mating surfaces of the crankcase and the head, and wanted $10,600 for the repair. Keep in mind that there was oil literally everywhere so that oil wasn't necessarily coming from a bad gasket, but it would certainly have benefitted them if it had been bad. I had it towed to another well known shop that specializes in German cars. They cleaned up all the oil and ran a lengthy pressure test to determine if the gasket was leaking. The pressure test showed that the head gasket was fine. I wondered why the dealership never performed a pressure test and just assumed that the oil they saw had come through the head gasket. The service advisor was also condescending and unfriendly, and even antagonistic, which also confused me. I will never bring either of our two MBs to the dealership for service.

I had an awful experience with the Mercedes dealership in

I had an awful experience with the Mercedes dealership in Temecula. I was promised a specific price by Miguel over the phone, and after confirming multiple times, I drove all the way from Los Angeles expecting to finalize the deal. When I arrived, everything changed. The price I was promised was suddenly “not possible,” and Miguel’s excuses were endless. He kept making promises that turned out to be pure lies. The entire experience was a complete waste of my time, energy, and trust. This dealership is nothing but deceitful. If you value your time and honesty in a transaction, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They will string you along with empty promises and leave you frustrated. Don’t make the mistake I did!

For what apparent reason our front sensor on our 23 EQS

For what apparent reason our front sensor on our 23 EQS was damaged. There was no visible external damage. The dashboard indicator came on after their Sunday car wash. The initial consultation was great. We had asked for them to check out their cctv of that day. The car was sitting idle for a week so we decided for our insurance to cover the repair. The job seemed to be done well since we cannot see the repair and our dashboard does not show any malfunction. After the repairs, I inquired about the cctv. We want to do our due diligence for the potential cause and rule out some possibilities. We are not blamed my the dealership. We want to investigate a possible cause. So far after waiting a week,no response.

My classic Lorinser SL, used only for club shows and

My classic Lorinser SL, used only for club shows and events, had an annual service coordinated by Jose. The service was excellent in all respects: services performed, time of completeion, and answers to techical questions about the service. I highly recommend both Jose and Merceded-Benz of Temecula.

Bruce is lazy, abusive and takes zero accountability for

Bruce is lazy, abusive and takes zero accountability for anything about his job. I have never cried so hard after giving a place my money. He cussed at me and called me an idiot. Sent my car in to have 4 things fixed, Bruce did not make sure every item was fixed. He then accused me of not requesting that item to be fixed and tried to say I was lying. He is so rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again. I do not know how that man still has a job. Unreal.

Very poor dealership after you buy the car they don’t

Very poor dealership after you buy the car they don’t care what happens to the car. My car was all scratched bring it in for service to fix the scratches they didn’t do nothing to the car they’re trying to say we did it after spending $80,000 for a car picked our car up. It was full of trash in on the E.

Service is very poor.

Service is very poor. I was charged twice for the same job. I complain ed because the job was not done right. I cannot go back there.

I just purchased a new Sprinter Van through Lauren at

I just purchased a new Sprinter Van through Lauren at Mercedes-Benz Temecula and can’t say enough about Lauren! She was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great communication! She walked me through the process to do a custom order where we ran into some snags, nothing to do with her. We work together to find a solution that ended up working out even better! I highly recommend friends, family and anyone looking to purchase a Sprinter Van to go see Lauren! Thank you Lauren!!

Temecula MB has lost my trust.

Temecula MB has lost my trust. I purchased an extended warranty from them and when I sold the car, I requested a refund on the balance of the warranty. This is a normal process and should take place seamlessly. However, Temecula MB has done everything they can to drag out the process from delaying refund for 16 weeks and then refunding less than they owe me. When I asked them to make me whole, they agree that they owe me more but move to delay payment. It’s now 18weeks since cancellation of warranty and I’m still waiting to be made whole. This is no way to run a business. What do you think?
