Excellent job...

Excellent people and services

Through 2-3 telephone conversations with December to the appointment and demo process with her , the negotiations with John and the information exchanges and signings with Deby, the entire group could not have been more professional and more customer-oriented. Maybe the best car-buying experience we have ever had.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had! Rodrigo was an excellent sales associate and his manager John was exceptional as well!. I can't say enough about Deby in finance! She got me the best financing possible!!! Thanks Mercedes Benz of Temecula!!!

Very good service

I've been taking my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Temecula for a couple of years and the service has always been good. Justin was my service advisor and did an excellent job of keeping me informed about my cars service.

Too many texts and e-mails

Because you send so many texts, emails, etc, it means I would have to have my phone attached to me at all times! I don't! Please try to reach out other than these methods - and when I call to give you my decision - it took 3 hours before I got ahold of my service advisor, and I was the one who called 3 times in 3 hours to tell him what we decided to do at this time to my car. I received at least 9 total messages, texts and e-mails on one car service! I'm sure there are more to come!!!

A truly happy and fast experience.

Everyone involved really made what can sometimes be a long drawn out experience into quick, no hassle one. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and professional. We would happily buy from you again and recommend our friends to do the same. We love our new GLE 43!

Excellent service by all the staff.

The entire staff at the Mercedes-Benz in Temecula is always outstanding and courteous. The staff is friendly and professional, always offering to help and they all seem to carry a smile. Ramon is my Service Advisor and has provided excellent service. Justin was very tactful in showing me new cars to upgrade. I will definitely look for him when I'm ready to upgrade.

Mercedes Roadside Assistance

I needed roadside assistance due to a dead battery - totally my fault!...I haphazardly left the car on. Chris from Mercedes showed up promptly and jump started my car. Chris is such a professional!...polite, listens, logical, and answers all my questions with patience. Last year, I had the same issue and it was Chris who helped me out. Nice to see a familiar face who is well trained, knowledgeable, easy to converse with, and professional.

MECEDES-BENZ OF TEMECULA & GEORGE MEJIA ARE #1

Where do I start??? I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am. It's been one year since I purchased my new car and it's still a dream come true. The purchasing experience was amazing because of GEORGE MEJIA (I recommend going to him if you want to be treated like loyalty). George had always been there with an answer for every question you husband and I had have. The whole experience has been great and I gave bought others Mercedes' from different dealerships but this one tops them all. I cannot thank Goerge and the whole team at MECEDES of TEMECULA enough for everything they have done. I have never been so happy with a car purchase in my whole life. I recommend them 100%, especially GEORGE MEJIA!!!!!! I will continue to use Mercedes of Temecula as I will be a loyal customer.
