Leased 2 vehicles

Ian the sales rep was great. He wasn’t pushy at all. Expected negotiation tactics amongst the 2 managers involved in finalizing the deal but ultimately got a great deal on a CLA and C300. Only downside is there was a cracked plastic piece that was overlooked on my wife’s car and a plastic part on my trunk cracked only a few days later but they are supposed to be getting these issues resolved for me.

Cheaper than SD

Seems a bit scattered people don’t ask if you’d like water and you sit in your car a while . Upon pick up I had a text car was ready and texted back I’ll be there in 40 min . But when I got there it still needed to be washed so they could do better about not texting you til it’s 100% ready. But the prices here are way better.

Lease Experience

My salesman Bob Crabtree make the lease "seamless." His knowledge and experience was very much appreciated. I have leased Mercedes for more than 15 over 30 years dealing with a LA dealership but found Temecula to be the best.

GLE lease

Alex A. was great, did not try to talk me into a GLS, though that was my first interest for the 7 seats. Alex is relaxed, helpful, not loud or pushy, and keeps negotiations simple and reasonable (and I am not a haggler, so good for me). Gives details on all the options for different cars, so easy to make decision. Alex also sold a GLA to my son a few months ago, his first new car purchase. And we both appreciated his good service. Also note this dealer has a LOT OF CARS to choose from, a huge amount of assets sitting in the parking lot! Even have the Maybach and vans. Dealership is great, everyone I met seemed very competent and friendly. Have not tried the service yet.

Outstanding

Not only did they answer, and fix the issue with my vehicle they also treated me like family. In my book that makes all difference.

Services was performed in a timely manner and appointment time was met with minimum wait .Dealership was clean and very professional looking. I would recomend this dealership to family and friends.

Driver seat warmer and wiper replacwment

Driver seat warmer burned an area of my skin (3rd time) so mb checked and replaced. Wipers replaced but ridiculously priced! Gave discount but still cost over 100.00!? Wow. These are reasons (parts are too expensive) that I will not purchase another mb.

Great experience

Lauren Rose in the Sprinter division was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The pricing and service were very good. I would definitely recommend working with her.

Not the best

The great service is why I bring my car here, I can pay a lot less any where else but this visit was not a good one. The service that was done was good as always but the customer service is definitely not the same, the people behind the service desk very unprofessional carrying on personal conversations and there was an older gentleman sitting back there on his phone. I was told to go outside and wait for valet after I paid to get my car there was no one there for about 10 minutes it was HOT out, I went inside to ask if they knew where valet attendant was and I was ignored, then a lady was passing by and the older gentleman on his phone told her she’s looking for valet not actually acknowledging me. Once valet was found he didn’t bring the car to me, he walked me there then the car was locked so we walked back then he said go back again the key is inside which made no sense since the car was locked I walked back only to wait again while he went inside to look for my key he came back and said you can drive it out of the spot right? I was annoyed but made no big deal about because did I mention it was HOT? On top of that I was with my 8yr old daughter, yes she was out there waiting in the heat with me while your employees got their stuff together. I will definitely think twice before I bring my car again.
