After searching dealer inventory and asking a few

After searching dealer inventory and asking a few questions online I was able to narrow down a vehicle I was interested in. I visited the dealership and Rafael helped me. Took the car for a test drive and decided it was the car. I had a trade that I researched before hand and told Rafael what I needed to work a deal. Within about 10 minutes he was back with an offer that I accepted. My experience was awesome and I really appreciated the knowledge and experience Rafael had as he explained how the vehicle systems worked. He was eager to help answer questions even after the sale was completed. I would recommend Findlay Hyundai and Rafael to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Really like the way the service department handles

Really like the way the service department handles service work. Always in and out quickly and always go through information on our SUV. Enjoy their salesperson Tawnya. Good people to buy a new car!

One of the best car purchasing experiences I’ve had.

One of the best car purchasing experiences I’ve had. My salesperson was Chris Vallejo and he was a delight. He never made us feel rushed and explained everything in detail. I previously was going to buy a Infiniti RX50 picked out an another dealer. Three hours before I was to sign papers, I had this little voice that told me I should check out Hyundai. That car was never on my radar. Test drove the car and then while my husband was driving, sat in the back seat speed reading the reviews. We left the dealership and went to catch lunch. Stepping out of the restaurant there was a Tuscan parked right next to us. Went back in the restaurant and asked every table if they owned the car. Found the owners and had a wonderful discussion about their experience with it. Fell in love and purchased a Tuscan Limited Hybrid. So excited!

I bought my car during the computer problems.

I bought my car during the computer problems. Tawnya and Rafael kept me completely informed and got me my car as soon as they could. Great people!!

Just purchased a new Tucson from Findlay.

Just purchased a new Tucson from Findlay. While getting a new car is exciting, the negotiations are usually stressful, and very time consuming. I was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was at Findlay. While I wasn't able to sign documents, due a nationwide software outage, the negotiations took less than one hour. For the first time my life it was an enjoyable experience. I am 70 and have purchased a lot of cars, so that is saying something.

Relaxed, efficient and considerate.

Relaxed, efficient and considerate. Felt like family. Tawnya coordinated all steps of the process. Had the car waiting for us upon arrival, gassed it up before we drove off. Transparent. No hidden anything. It’s America.

I love my new Santa Cruz, and I’m happy to report that

I love my new Santa Cruz, and I’m happy to report that the Findlay Hyundai team in St. George made trading in my 2017 Hyundai Tuscon for my new Hyundai Santa Cruz as painless as possible. I had been looking at the Santa Cruz online and planning for my next car, but I wanted to see it in person and test drive it, so I stopped by my dealership to say “hi” to Rafael, the very nice salesman that I had spoken with in the past. Fortunately, I was not as pressed for time as I usually am so Rafael showed me a Santa Cruz that happened to have all of the features I wanted, and we made it happen that day! I don’t think that I could even count how many cars I have purchased in my life, but I can tell you that this was my favorite experience. What a great team they have at Findlay Hyundai St. George!
