Great customer service

She was great to work with. Fast response, allowed us to get paperwork started so it wouldn’t take so long. Definitely will come back when we need a new car!

So far so good!

I was (am) happy with our dealings with Rapids Honda. It seems like a nice place to bring the car for a wash or oil change. They make you feel like working with you is not a problem and they offer a nice place to wait for your car. The only complaint I have is when they rented me a car to go to McDonalds. It is next to the dealership and I was charged $45. I thought I was getting a loaner while they worked on our car. I could have easily walked there!

Complete confusion

The employees within the dealership that we dealt with, had very poor communication between themselves. It was up to us to ensure the dealership had their ducks in a row with our purchase.

Thank You

Madeline Campbell in customer service was very helpful, she kept the process going. Isaac Troussov was an excellent sales person, very knowledgeable. Sarina Simmons was also very helpful on the finance end, she kept me informed as to the progress of the paper work. They all helped make a unpleasant function easier to deal with. Buying a new car is a stressful experience.

Best dealership!!

I've been to other Honda dealership's before and have had terrible experiences so when I went to Rapids Honda I was hesitant. But the service department and other floor staff are so friendly and helpful! I made an appointment the night before, which there was plenty of appointments available. I expected to wait more than an hour, like I had at other Honda dealership's, but to my very pleasant surprise it was less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!

Battery relacement

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the job only took 30 minutes! I was pleased with the service that I received On short notice!

Good service

Timely service. I wish I had my car printout for me to take home. But they did show me my tire levels when I asked.

A satisfied customer

My reason for switching my Honda dealer to Coon Rapid was location. It was a GREAT surprise to find that Lance AND Chad are now with your dealership! I am confident that my experiences with Coon Rapids will be just as good as they were with my previous dealership - obviously you have taken care to hire quality people. .

Great Service

Shane went out of his way to make sure my service experience was excellent. I had a flat tire and the initial review went smoothly and he walked me through all options and got the service completed ASAP.
