Worked with JR, who was upfront, insightful and very friendly, not your typical pushy salesman at all. They do add VIN etching at a charge of $699 to what seems each vehicle, which seems should be a negotiable purchase. However, I would still recommend them! In the end they offered a great value for my trade as well as the car I purchased. Worth the drive.

Bought a truck in September. 2018 Dodge Ram Truck with less than 8k miles on it. Was notified it was still under manufactures warranty (lucky for me it was a Canadian Vehicle and wasnt disclosed so voided the manufactures warranty) and I can buy an extended warranty, which I did (7 year baby). Well since after the first 3 months of owning vehicle I have had multiple problems with the truck. The truck radio failed (thinking the warranty would cover it) found out that the manufactures warranty was voided. So I thought then okay my extended warranty would cover it (Wrong again) instead I been fighting them to cover the repairs on my truck. The warranty provider is now saying the contract I signed with the dealership is voided and no longer good due to their error. Still fighting them now on fixing my truck since then the radiator plug has failed and now there is problems with hard shifting on the transmission. I would not recommend these people unless you want your money taken. I have gone to the Attorney Generals Office in WA State and now the BBB to help resolve this issue. Wish me luck

This place is your typical used car dealership. Don't waste your time here. Salesman are super pushy and want to add on additional products that are not necessary and ad no value to the purchase.

This dealer tried to sell me some BS warranties. They advertised a price then they say you have to pay for ad ons they preinstalled before you buy so know you have to pay for the. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SNAKE OIL SALESMAN. STAY WAY!
