All bad

Liars and Thieves! Traded in my truck with all my keys with it and I arranged to pick them up when repairs on my new truck were completed. They lost my keys and are now blowing me off completely and refuse to respond to any further communication. Somebody at the dealership has all my keys to all my vehicles and home along with personal information and home address. I asked them to pay to rekey everything and that’s when all communication stopped. There is no bigger breach of security than this. Do not buy from them.

Friendly and Helpful

Very friendly and kind person who attended me. Answered all the questions I had. Went with me on the test drive and showed me all the features on the car!😊

Awesome Team!!!

Awesome team will definitely go back for all my vehicle needs! Luis was wonderful he helped me pick the perfect vehicle for me and my family plus the price was right as well!! Hands down the best !!!!!

I was online just looking for vehicles but didn't know...

I was online just looking for vehicles but didn't know exactly what i wanted or what i would get approved for, i called explained my situation & told me to stop by in they will be able to help me. When i got there Luis was there to help me out! I just wanted to look to see what they have and to see what my options would be with no intensions on buying a vehicle yet. We we ended up finding & purchasing a vehicle that fit my family, good monthly payment & a wonderful car driving away that same day i walked in. Thank you Luis for helping me out & having excellent customer service!!! I will for sure be going back & for sure would recommend NorthWest AutoHub Mount Vernon WA!!!! 100% the best experience ever without feeling pressured into buying a vehicle!! Beware of bait and switch!

Beware of bait and switch! Went into Northwest Autohub to look at a 4runner priced at $26,445 on cargurus and their website. Test drove it and price had been changed to $31,925. I have screenshots to prove previous price and they refused to honor original posting price!

Great service, friendly group!!

Stopped into AutoHub today with my husband looking for a car for my daughter. Although we didn’t find what we were looking for, these guys were amazing! Used car salesman

Typical used car dealership. Try to tack on fees for random "products" that I'm sure weren't even installed by them. Buying process took way to long. Car wasn't even washed and had a few things missing that they "hadn't noticed".

Overall Great Experience at Northwest Autohub

I had a great experience at Northwest Autohub. Everyone we talked with was very friendly and they were able to work with me on staying within my budget. I primary worked with Andre and he was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. I left with my dream car and overall a great dealership experience. It's just a day after I purchased the vehicle, so hopefully no major issues pop up. They do offer extended warranties though, which I purchased. I feel at ease knowing if a problem does come up, it's covered. Also, this vehicle is sparkling clean inside and out, they do a fantastic job detailing their vehicles.

Not what you’d expect!

Wasn’t expecting to trade in old vehicle. They offered a fair price and saved me over $3,000 in sales tax. I’m 65 years old and this purchase was the easiest and best experience I’ve had.
