Sheer incompetence

The purchase of my car went smoothly enough. However, afterwards, they’ve proven unable to follow through on the most basic task of registering the car, getting me my plates, or transferring title. The customer service has been embarrassingly poor and they’ve failed to answer simple questions or follow through on even the most basic things like returning calls or sending paperwork. At this point I’ve had my car for three months and have been unable to get it plated and they’ve dropped the ball multiple times on sending me even temporary tags. As things currently stand, the car I purchased is useless because they can’t get their act together to file the paperwork. Turns out they may not even have had legal title to the vehicle at the time of sale. I cannot express how frustrated, angry, and disappointed I am. Highly recommend you shop elsewhere and find a more competent and honest vendor.

I was initially worried about this dealership after

I was initially worried about this dealership after seeing the score on this site, but after going in and introducing myself with the sales staff and management my worries were washed away. Pavel was my first point of contact and he was extremely kind and helped me with every question. The management team of Geoff and Nathan have this store running like it should.

Albby was really nice to work with!

Albby was really nice to work with!!! I got a car from a place in Burlington and the motor went out after a week. They didn’t do anything to help me but Albby let me trade it in to get a different car. Thank you so much for helping me!

CAUTION: Salesmen were friendly both Kam and Jany. Gave an easy pleasant experience. Old bald head manager was very rude with his demeanor criticizing me for not wanting any of their add ons or 3rd party warranty. TRADE INS BEWARE!!! Gave me an offer $8k and extremely lowballed me, I fell into their trap telling me my car was worth $8k due to there being a weird problem they assumed. I love the car I’m in right now, but I did get swindle as they listed my trade in to $19k. The cars they sell are very good, but the way they handle getting profits is very sketchy. Just know that you’re most likely going to pay more for the car than you were anticipating. Very shady business.. BUYERS BEWARE!!Make sure to not buy any of their protection addons and negotiate their fees! 3rd party warranty is there to make money off of you! Not help you as there is always an excuse

Helpful salesman

Kamden was super helpful and extremely knowledgable about cars. He was not pushy and a great listener. If i decide to buy a car from here i will want to buy from him.

Liars and Thieves! Traded in my truck with all my keys...

Liars and Thieves! Traded in my truck with all my keys with it and I arranged to pick them up when repairs on my new truck were completed. They lost my keys and are now blowing me off completely and refuse to respond to any further communication. Somebody at the dealership has all my keys to all my vehicles and home along with personal information and home address. I asked them to pay to rekey everything and that’s when all communication stopped. There is no bigger breach of security than this. Do not buy from them.
