Went in off the street with an unorthodox need to
Went in off the street with an unorthodox need to purchase a vehicle and it took some time but they went above and beyond to get this taken care and jumped through every hoop we encountered for me and I drove off the lot a happy customer.

David is the absolute worst.
David is the absolute worst. Lied to us on multiple occasions. Will never recommend anyone to drive n motion especially because of David and how much time he wasted of ours. We have reported him and the dealership to the dealers board.

I recently purchased a vehicle here. Miguel was who I originally purchased it from. I am 23 years old, so usually going to the dealership makes me super anxious, but Miguel was extremely kind and helpful- didn’t feel pressured at all. I did have a couple issues with my car the day after buying (but it was a 14 yr old car that I purchased) They fixed the issues for me in a timely manner and I have had no issues since! Would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a used vehicle! Also would like to shout out Chris, in the service department, he was also incredibly kind and helpful during this entire process. Very honest and friendly people! Not always easy to come by when looking for a car these days. Thanks guys!

this dealership promised us a detailed vehicle & a full
this dealership promised us a detailed vehicle & a full tank of gas. they did not provide either of those things. they also did not provide us with the 2nd key they had for the vehicle. my wife had to go request it. they performed the promised oil change but failed to mention the oil leak that we are now stuck with. the truck was promised to be ready first thing monday morning and it was not ready until 11 am.

At the time signing up paperwork you asked for the following: a full tank, a detail and side steps. We did agree to have our technicians detail/wash the vehicle for you. If the detail did not meet your standards (or was missed completely) please send pictures to us. While we cannot do full tanks..... Miguel did personally go and use his gas card for your truck. We do not have access to spare keys on Saturdays. I am sorry about the inconvenience of having to pick it up post sale, but I am glad we were able to get that done within 2 business days. xxxxxxto our team members, and to you for succesfully following up on this :) (Most cars do not have second keys these days... I am excited yours ended up having multiple!!) I am also glad our service team was able to schedule your promised oil change so quickly... but I am apologetic to hear about a fluid leak and a wait time of two hours. This vehicle did pass a safety and mechanical inspection at our local Ford dealership pre sale. A big majority of our Ford's now actually get serviced at Ford dealerships.
