I drove an hour two nights in a row after work and was

I drove an hour two nights in a row after work and was told everything was approved and I could take the vehicle home. Nothing was correct and the guys I spoke with the 2nd trip were rude. I have had the vehicle 6 days and it's in the shop with several issues that should have been taken care of before it was even on the lot.

Overall experience was excellent.

Overall experience was excellent. All staff were very kind and helpful, especially Nate Perez, and the purchasing process was easy. What took away from the experience was poor communication regarding the truck's availability for test driving and buying. I was also told that the truck was being detailed while I was filling out paperwork for purchase, but upon entering the vehicle post purchase, it was obvious that the truck was definitely not detailed and needed to be cleaned and detailed by me.

First thing I asked the sales guy was “ how many sets of Mikey’s do you have got this car”? He showed me the key tag which had 2/2 written & he said it means they should have two sets? One week had gone by since purchased and I have not yet gotten my second set of keys? I expected the sales person to be honest?

I haven't even made my first payment, car dies on my way

I haven't even made my first payment, car dies on my way to work. Yeah their fixing it at my cost. Also had my recall fixed by Kia an they handed me an inspection report. One major issue listed, a timing cover gasket leak. I let Josh in service know about the report and gave it to them. Josh says he can't honor another " shop report", inspection and it will cost me for them to inspect themselves!! So no loaner car, I'm paying a week plus in rental fees, plus cost to fix it, about 750 $ total pocket cost!! Plus not honoring the dealers inspection on major issue upcoming. Not happy with their "luxury used car" in 30 days of ownership or the handling of mechanical problems at my cost!!!

We we're quite happy with our purchase!

We we're quite happy with our purchase! we were probably there for about an hour before walking off the lot with all papers signed, everybody there is super nice and the whole place have a very friendly feel to it! I would hands down recommend this dealership, Pete and Miguel did a solid job and the sub now has a happy home!
