Great, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful servi
JP is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knows the industry and the Honda brand very well. I came in wanting to test drive a CR-V and he quickly made that happen for me. I am older and disabled and he courteously and competently helped me overcome some of my difficulties in managing the entire process. I really appreciate how he listened to help me narrow down the trim model that would suit me. I was curious about other models and he showed them to me as well. I know his paycheck is more dependent upon sales than the kindness and service he gives, and I was not in a position to make a purchase yesterday. But I hope others will want to work with a salesman who cares as much about the client as he does about making a sale. Service still matters and you can find it with JP.

Online price is false advertising!
I called told them if I could get the car for the price they gave online I would come get the car. I expect tax so that is not what I'm talking about. You can a add 2 grand in hidden charges that's how they get you in. $1400 for paint $399 for alarm that you can't opt out of. Like you can buy a car without paint. I hope they go out of business. That's why buying a car is such a nasty experience. When it should be something you enjoy. Just a bunch of xxxxxxxx trying to get every dime they can out of you.

Very unsatisfied
Bought a used Silverado. Paid top dollar. Even ate the price of new tires. I purchased Dec 31st. Called 2 days later because not shifting into 4th gear. Lady says bring it in but call first. I call Tim today. Too bad as is. Tried passing the buck saying he's sure I was offered a warranty. No I got the gap insurance because I'm paying too much. He seen my income n knows I can't afford a transmission. Of your looking for honest and fair I do not recommend. Too bad he didn't know he just lost the sale on one of them expensive pathfinder from my cosigner.

Don’t buy from Tim
I went in and test drove a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Right away the dealership set me up with salesman Tim Heinecke. Tim was very professional and courteous and first when explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle. After the test drive we started to talk numbers and his real side came out rather quickly. Tim countered my initial offer 2000 more than the internet asking price. After a little back and forth he came back down to the asking price while trying to make me sign right there and then. He was being extremely pushy throughout this part of the process. I left and when I returned hours later the car had been sold. No big deal it happens. However Tim was mocking me out loud throughout the store saying ,”you snooze you lose.” In my opinion that kind of behavior is very unprofessional and i won’t ever step foot in that dealership again. They seem cool for the most part but I’d avoid Tim unless you want to pay sticker price or more.

Looking for a new car!
Was looking to buy a new car or crossover and didn't have any particular brand in mind. I went to several dealerships and one was Napleton Nissan. I was greeted and help by Matt, who let me try out everything so that I could get the right leg length that I needed. He was very patient and helpful. Very impressed.
