I went into the dealership for a usual oil change and tire rotation on my old 2013 Kia Soul. Love how well Bob Cooklin takes care of the service needs on my vehicle. While waiting, I asked Bob if Tom Davis was in (He had referred Tom to me before). Tom showe me several available options on the pre-owns and drove out with a 2017 Sportage with just 14,000original miles. I am very Happy and Diving my 4th KIA Since the year 2000!!!

I went specifically to Kia Delray looking to get into a Newer Kia Soul and I walked away with a Kia Seltos, my Dream Vehicle because I have been wanting a SUV for quite some time. Sales Consultant Jeffery Rizzi made my Dream come true on 10.11.2020; his explementary Knowledge of the two cars I was viewing made my decision making process so much easier. He took his time to listen & understand my financial concerns of Leasing a vehicle. And he made sure I was within a comfortable zone financially, along with Fred Perlmutter. I wanted to give a shout out for Edgar Cabrera. I just purchased my second car from Edgar. Thoughtful, caring and always helpful. I know I can be high maintenance and he never minds. Also, the folks in both sales mgt. and the service dept. very friendly! That's why I keep coming back.

I just left this dealership and need to share my experience so others can avoid a similar situation. Over the phone I was quoted MSRP on a Telleride and told them I'd be there in 30 minutes to complete purchase. Was shown vehicle and price and agreed to complete transaction at $39,000+. They ran my FICO, which is over 800, and showed me various purchase options. We were than interrupted by Manager who said that there were "accessories" that were not included even though all of these were shown on sticker. I told salesman if price increases from what I was previously shown in writing I would walk out the door. After the typical infamous car dealer salesman-manager "discussion" I was shown a price that inflated to $43,000+ and I walked out after some pointed verbiage. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. THEIR UNSCRUPULOUS SALES TACTICS ARE WHY CAR DEALERSHIPS HAVE A UNIVERSAL WELL DESERVED NEGATIVE REPUTATION.
