My car was supposed to be there for 1 day and ended up being there 9 days. Then somehow got a $100 charge and then a $119 charge and then was only refunded $89 out of my $150 deposit all from enterprise which I was referred to and brought to by Kia and had to drive around for over a week due to Kia's inefficiency

Very thorough but quick, super professional and pleasant When I got there, he checked us in right away Hold up all our information took the car. He said he had it all taken care of and then followed up right away. When the car was done has been ready when we got there. It was great.

Very disappointing told me Twice in 2 hours. TireS was rotated, AND NOW I FIND OUT VERY DIRTY HEPA FILTER WAS NOT REPLACED AND I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF IT. WILL HAVE ANOTHER MEETING WITH GENERAL MANAGER.

Michael was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. He took the time to explain all of my options and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. From start to finish, his focus was entirely on helping me find the right vehicle. He even drove my new car to my house, which saved me a lot of time and made the experience even more convenient. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and highly recommend working with him.
