After getting my car checked out for blowing spark plugs they wanted to charge me over $2900 for a oil sender and two wiring harnesses. I took it to another shop who checked it more thoroughly and saw that the harnesses were fine. The sender was bad. Total fix price? 400. Even if it needed the harnesses they said the car needed even a fresh oem kia part the total price would have been 600. Absolutely disgusting gouging and dishonesty. I only went here because the car I do own is still under warranty. The other car that I just mentioned was not.

Hello Aemontagues188 Thank you for your review. Every review is very important to use, and we do take them very seriously. One thing to remember is here at KIA Delray we complete a full multi-point inspection of the vehicle therefore telling you every recommendation that the vehicle requires. It is up to you at that point whether to have all of the work completed. Also, prices and labor charges do vary from shop to shop. We are a certified KIA Dealership therefore when we perform the multi-point inspection the recommendations include parts and labor as well as using all OEM parts. I am sure for $400 you were not getting OEM parts and that was not including labor. If that is the case, then by all means go for it. Just to let you know if that does not workout you can always call and set an appointment to get your vehicle repaired properly with OEM parts. The Team from the top down Joe, Patrick, and Moe offered excellent service and helped my wife and I select the perfect car, the 2026 K4 Turbo. They gave us a excellent deal which we were very happy with. This is the 3rd car we have leased from Delray Kia and have never had a bad experience. They have always satisfied all of our needs. Highly recommend Delray Kia!

We found the car we had been looking for. Speaking with Halli A. and Alejandro G. gave us the confidence to drive 110 miles, fly almost 600 more miles. And a 45 minute Uber ride. All was prepared for our arrival. We were at dealership 2 hours and drove the car 11.5 hours back home. We were very well pleased.
