My name is Anna and I was very fortunate to be introduced

My name is Anna and I was very fortunate to be introduced to Renzo and Sylester at Delray Kia. I contacted the dealership in the morning and spoke to Renzo who kindly and patiently provided me with more than sufficient information about the vechicle I was interested in purchasing so I rearranged my schedule to meet with the salesperson designated to me the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sylvester Jackson, Sales Consultant, who was both very professional, knowledgeable and courteous towards me. He went beyond his level of responsibility to ensure that I was content with the information he provided. He allow me to test drive the vehicle and responded to all my questions. Even when I decided to sell my car elsewhere, he ensured that the process went smoothly and assisted me which transportation. Ultimately, at the end of the day which was after the dealership was officially closed, I purchased the vehicle. Since it was after hours and my payment could not be processed, he allowed me to drive a rental car home. The next day, Sylvester delivered my new vehicle to my home and drove the rental back to the dealership. Sylvester Jackson is an asset to your company and he made my car purchase experience extremely pleasant.

service dept ok but sales dept is full of crap.

i have owned two kia Sedona's. 2011 and 2019. both vehicles are and were great cars with virtually no issues or repairs. the service dept always did the work on time as stated before work began. i had a big disappointment in the sale/lease of the 2019 sedona. when i got the 2019 the credit guy talked me into a two-year lease rather than outright purchase as i had done with the 2011. when the two year lease expired, the dealership wanted pricing of $2k over sticker for a new vehicle. since i only had driven the car 14k miles, rather than being ripped off on new, i kept the vehicle. well the dealer still ripped me off by requiring a $1000 fee for me to keep the vehicle. they also tried to charge me $450 for an inspection which was total bs. this kind of treatment really leave a bad taste and i have bad-mouthed the dealer ever since. hopefully i have discouraged everyone from using this dealer due to my lousy experience.

Ricky was excellent!

Ricky was excellent! I had my doubts about the time and cost involved in trading in my car, but he got me in and out within 2 hours with a brand new car. I love my new ride and Delray Kia

I used Rick Case Kia sunrise before but they are no match

I used Rick Case Kia sunrise before but they are no match next Del Ray Kia. Rick Case would not assist me and never called back where Roxy at Del Ray Kia was prompt, courteous and took care of my issue to the best of my satisfaction. I will only go to Del Ray Kia for all my car needs!
