Usual auto dealer shell game, however, I purchased a vehicle with one key available, OK, figured it was not a issue, took almost a month to get, had to coordinate with their third party motor key vendor and had to drive miles to meet him, 1st time unsuccessfully mind you for his software was not updated and he could not program remote key. Got it on the second try, had to drive 50 miles between both times. Auto had a defective rear windshield, could not hear radio while defogger is on, defogger only defogged 1 side well. Their 3rd party detailers and / or preppers cut up the rear deck and broke some of the grid elements. 3 weeks ago, I was told it will be replaced, I stop in to follow up a week ago and I am told it will be a "while", I cannot get a date or approximation, while I am not happy, I go with it. I cannot tint windows until this is done. 3 Days ago my dad was called and told the rear window was here and when will you bring it in. Today 3/13 I am told I have to either bring it in for photos to be taken to get the windows replaced, So now it suddenly is not in and I have take more steps. I cannot believe a dealership will make a new customer go through this nonsense, If I can, I really want to return vehicle, this is xxxxxx Crud. Candy, I understand you might be following protocol, but this sux. Attilio this is nonsense........... Anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle @ Grieco Kia, for the love of god run away as fast as you can, no shortage of dealers around here.....

Came back with my new Optima tonjave a touch up on paint that was minorly affected during manufacturing. Dave , Al , and Debbie made the process efficient and easy and paint issue was fixed within an hour . Thank you very much !

Al was great, gave me the best tire options, explained concisely what needed to be replaced and was warm and friendly.The only think that wiuld make the experience better if the tire company had a coupon.

new car purchase

Called Michael Corey before we came in and he was able to show us a car quickly and provide us with a price that was right. Expect to be back for service in the future as people seem quite friendly.

First time there.. great experience

Purchased my Kia somewhere else but brought here for service.. great experience.. definitely will be back for service.. The employees are super friendly, service was completed without any issues..

was impressed with the courtesy and handling of my request.

the initial rep,Bob, explained all in detail and his explanation was very specific. the courtesy ride was great. everything was accomplished in excellent matter. Bob was responsive by phone keeping me current.

Great service. Very Accommodating

Al, our service attendant was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Professional and knowledgeable. We also used the shuttle service and Phil our driver was terrific. Would highly recommend this service center.

Great customer service

Excellent workmanship, finished on time as promised Friendly, helpful & also reasonablly priced. Service Advisor Robert Bob Cooklin is excellent at his job. He took care of all my issues & makes me feel very comfortable @ this dealership.
