double talked
waited 1hr 45 min told having trouble programing my remote said they were b------ my car wasnt moved in 45 min & the key was still in car they said just i min saw them get key 10 min later said they got it 2 work this time took 10 in waited 1hr 45min dont like being lied 2

Very happy about everything
Very pleased with the service adviser: Bob, the mechanic, the time of completion, the lounge with coffee, and snacks. All the sales people were also very polite.

Al makes the appointment painless. He is always helpful and makes sure that I understand what is needed and when. I usually request Al when scheduling my appointments. While waiting in the service area I spotted a Sportage and was interested in trading in my Optima. Attilio then helped us make a switch in vehicles. He was ama zing and on the ball!

My experience at Grieco Kia
The sales person (Jack Tischner) was very professional When we picked up the car he took time with us, and showed us how to work things we were not familiar with, The other personel at Grieco were very helpful, and answered any questions about financing, Jack always made sure that we knew all about the car, and offered us water, coffee, and any anything else he could do for us. I must say I was very disappointed when my car was brought to the showroom, and it was not clean. I pointed this out to Jack, and he immediately returned it to be cleaned again. When we returned home with our beautiful new Kia, I noticed the back seat and floor was not as clean as it should have been. Other than that our experience at Grieco was a positive one. I have to add that Fred Perlmutter was a big help to us as well. Prior to coming to Grieco we went to another Kia dealership but Jack Tichner was so eager to show us what was available for our needs, and answered our questions, and helped us in every way, and made sure your prices were comparable or better. Now we own a Kia from Grieco, and we love the car. Thank you Grieco, and thank you Jack
