Great customer service

2nd time buyer arrived and the sales representatives took care of me and asked for any advice. Gave me a full detail, made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Sales associates were really patient even though I had a 1,000 questions and took care of the things that was promised. Excellent work guys!!!

AS-IS No Warranty is what they offer.

All cars as As-Is which is not great if you ask me... that is a lot of money to to spend without any warranty when you drive it off the lot. Also, the car I went to see smelled of cigarettes.

Ask for Jerry Hernandez

Just a great experience overall! As someone who has never bought a car from a dealer before but who did a bit of research on the web, IE Auto Exchange provided everything I needed to feel confident in the purchase, no questions asked. The salesmen, Jerry and Bryant, and the manager Pat helped make the process straightforward and simple for me. I paid the price that was advertised online, no upsells or long wait times. Am now the proud owner of a (very fairly priced) Chevy Bolt! Highly recommend this dealer.

luis is great. friendly and fun environment. My experience was really fast and easy. I hate watching and i loved that it was so fast and smooth. I will come back again

Would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience here. They answered all my questions prior to purchasing my Mazda. Jesse in the financing dept. was very helpful and I would definitely recommend them.

Honda SUV

Went in to purchase a vehicle with my mother as her vehicle got totaled. Called ahead to make sure vehicle was ready. It was. Schedule a time to go in and test drive the vehicle. Honda was pulled out front (bit dusty do to the wind) other then that everything else was great. Sales personnel is friendly and accommodating. Thank you IEAUTO

Poor Quality

Called there a week prior to set up an appointment to look at a 2017 Chevy silverado. When we got there the truck had different wheels on it then the online ad. I opened up the cap and it was filthy. Smelled like cigarettes and was not detailed at all. They did not prep the vehicle to get looked at even with a week prior call. There was far more body damage then what was described online and when confronted about it. The sales man said they could buff it out and get rid of the cigarette smell. Even if they could they were not professional and acted like it wasn't a big deal when I called them out on how bad the truck was compared to the online ad.

Awesome Sales Team

Thank you IE auto! Luis is awesome and went above and beyond to get me what I wanted with all my questions answered and worked with me to get a great deal. Glad to see not all dealerships are the same and IE auto is definitely worth a visit for your next car. I will return in the future for my next car.

good follow up from management

Follow up to previous review.... Complaints may actually get things done. Bought my truck in May. It is now January, but finally management has gotten me the due parts promised at the time of sale (headrest, floor mats, and tail light). Actual mopar factor matching.. Thank you for the follow up. Earned back a few stars.

Very dishonest company. LIed multiple times.

What a dishonest company. They will lie and say whatever they have to to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Spoke to several different sales people and staff and every single one was dishonest.
