They tried to add over 3k in dealer fees on a 9k car, stupid amount of hidden fees. Go to a different dealer and save your money.

I bought a car here and the experience went as well as it possibly could have thanks to Luis. Luis had the car ready to be shown off by the time I arrived and was extremely knowlegable about all of the features and functions. There were no hidden fees during sign out and Luis was super helpful with all of my options. I would highly reccomend!

Updated review from below We got the car with a missing sun visor the rep Jesus Felix claimed he would order it and It would be their in about a weeks time frame. Now after driving the car and almost getting into a couple accidents because of the sun in my eyes and not hearing anything for 3 weeks not mention my text wasn’t being delivered to the rep. I figured I would call. I called at 9 when they opened got transfered a couple of times to finally get told I would be called in 15 minutes with a update. 2 hrs pass by and I called back to be told that the manger is handling it and would be called by 12.. honestly at this point I am more upset that this hasn’t been handled correctly and I have to calling them for something that should of been taken care. They started off amazing but now we are going downhill. Original review rep Jesus Felix saying he From the start they made sure we were taken care of. The car we orginally wanted was in Montclair. They had it moved to the Colton location no problem. Our sales rep was Jesus Felix & he did an amazing job from handling all our questions down to the paperwork 10 out 10 recommended. The process was a little lengthy but very easy and not a headache at all. Telling all my friends and family and Definitely will be coming back for more cars when it’s time.

Transaction went smoothly. Minor glitch after purchasing the care but it was resolved very quickly. Their customer service dept was very helpful in resolving the issue on hand. Thank you Marilyn and Jesse(Manager).

They sales cars that run only for a week they ask for a lot down payment don’t go to the dealer don’t waste your money and time there is a supervisor name Juan that he has no respect he so rude don’t waste your money go somewhere else
