Used car dealer

Small dealer. Lots of used cars. Take your time on checking them out. Ask all the questions you need. Like i mentioned bunch of young sales guys. We spend about 2 hours there from time we got there until driving off. Bought my daughter a vehicle has damage on CARFAX but we were comfortable with everything disclosed. Check them out. Thanks Tommy T.

Coming in I thought this dealership was going to be just like your typical hole in the wall dealership but to my surprise it was quite the opposite Jerry was very helpful and the manager Jesse made sure I was taken care of by far one of the best experience I've had. Highly recommend seeing Jerry and Jesse

Hi ferny, thank you for the review . We appreciate your feedback!

This place is full of WRECKED cars

Don't go here unless u want to buy a wrecked car. I was told the Honda Pilot 2016 was clean. I drove 1.5 hours away to see a wrecked car that is poorly fixed. It was so obvious with the over sprayed and tape still stuck on the inside of the gas door. There was body shop dust in every cracks of the vehicle. That car should be salvage not sure how they selling it not salvage. Either the sale guy is blind or he just straight up lied that it's clean looking. What a waist of my time.

price quote different, poor follow up service

** Only come here if you don't mind the "as is car" with the typical used car dings/dents/dirt and BS haggling *** I purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 Rebel 6 weeks ago and have been less then impressed with my experience. Specifics.... 1. Sales staff. Nice, personable, but have no real power to get anything done. I was constantly asked to wait, call back, or told something was going to get done when it wasn't. Didn't respond to email other than initial selling inquiry. Didn't return phone calls. 2. Buying process. Horrible. Made an appointment but after arriving it was clear the sales rep I had an appointment with was not available. Was helped by Raul (nice guy). He was dealing with several customers at the same time and I was left alone and forced to wait for long periods. I came with a check in hand from my bank and it still took almost 6 hours to drive away. Was also forced to physically go to the bank to cash my check, during the drive was forced to run errands with two of the staff as the bank was close to a repair shop they used and the dealer didn't want to waste a trip with us just going to and from the bank. 3. Price. Was quoted an out the door price of 34750$ through an email, after inquiring from the Cars.com app about price. I came with a check for 35k from my bank. After test drive and sitting down with Raul was told the OTD price was 36750$. Ridiculous. Either I was lied too, or shenanigans were afoot. Eventually we settled on 35500$ with 500$ cash out of pocket. 4. Selling condition of car. Dirty. Numerous missing/broken interior/exterior items (missing head rests, floor mats, spare tire jack, every cup holder, every center console rubber insert, lug nuts). Garbage in truck bed during test drive, I asked to have head rests, floor mats, and a broken tail light fixed as part of the "due bill" as I didn't notice the other items until after I drove off the lot. The truck was "cleaned" but a final application of a tacky substance made the interior smell weird and uncomfortable to drive. After 2 days this smell left and I started to notice a sour milk smell. After a few days finally realized the underside of the back seats(these are meant to fold up in the ram 1500) were physically crunchy with I assume was spilled baby bottle or melted ice cream(some kind of dairy product). I had to remove the seats to get all of the baked on brown goo out. GROSS, but finally the smell is gone. It took 8 man hours to clean. The underside of car and inside of engine bay was caked with mud in addition. This is an easy pressure wash but it still shows the time/effort that went in to prepping the car for sale. 5. Follow up service. Incompetent. My "Due bill" for head rests, floor mats and a tail light has become laughable. Two weeks after purchase was told the parts were on the way. After 4 weeks finally spoke to "Pat" the manager who admitted the parts were never ordered. After 5 weeks was told the parts were here but the tail light was installed on another car and to call back next week. Today went there to pick up the parts and was presented with grey cloth headrests (the truck has black leather), generic foam rubber floor mats, and bulb version tail light (the rebel has LED lights). Not to mention every time I called during these inquires, being placed on hold, being told to call back, not having calls returned, or just lied too. Bottom line. The price was good, but if you go here have an "as is attitude" and ask for price reductions for missing things and damaged items. Settle on price before you come.

Very strange buying process. Legitimate?

When purchasing a used car from this "dealership", we chose to keep an open mind, even after driving an hour (one-way) to this small lot in the middle of a business park. The facility is pretty run-down, the staff is nice but superficial, and many of their cars have CarFax reports that reveal accidents or undesirable histories. The car we drove up to see was to be my daughter's first car and what we saw was a car that had been left in the rain with windows down, smelled of "B.O.", and was nearly empty. After taking us to the gas station to fill up, we went on a one-mile "test drive" and returned to the dealership. After looking at the outside of our trade-in and spending 20 minutes behind closed doors, the "salesman" offered us one-third Kelly Blue Book trade-in value (not private seller). It was interesting that he didn't sit down with us to offer the number; it seems he was anticipating us getting up to leave, which we did. We asked him if he could work with us on the numbers, but he refused, instead recommending we take our business elsewhere. Really strange. We were very kind and patient the entire time, very excited about the car, and it was a massive let-down for my daughter to see how superficially we were turned away.
