I Would never do business with anyone associated with Alex Kaliakmanis (not a decent human being) Everyone else at this dealership was amazing unfortunately Alex made me regret doing business with GMC and Al Piemonte Alex would only approve to buff the damage left by them buffing damage on the hood they were covering up and that damage was not disclosed to me at the time of sale instead they left the vehicle covered in salt so could not see it while I went ahead with all the paperwork No one buys a 100k auto with 21 miles and expects it to have any damage shame on me for thinking the dealer would take care of any issues

Great experience and a nice selection of vehicles. Took a few hours from end to end to close the deal but I also drove several. Exciting celebration when you sign and ring the bell!

I have been taking my vehicles to this dealer, and this
I have been taking my vehicles to this dealer, and this experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I bought the car at this dealer with the pitch that they do a 100-point inspection. Well, they definitely do not. I have only had the car for 5 months, and it already has issues. I bought the extended warranty. It seems the dealer will figure out a way to charge a 199 inspection fee, and then whatever you bring it in for seems not covered at that point for one reason or another. The service manager didn't even try to work with us.

Recently had my Cadillac ATS towed to Al Piemonte
Recently had my Cadillac ATS towed to Al Piemonte Buick/GM dealership. The car was experiencing electrical problems, which are often hard to diagnose and repair. Although they had the car several days . They were able to fix multiple problems. Got the car back and it’s starting and driving like new! Great job!

Recently experienced a breakdown with my 2023 GMC Sierra
Recently experienced a breakdown with my 2023 GMC Sierra truck. I had it towed to Al Piemonte Buick/ GMC. Jim and Todd from the service department got back to me the next day with bad news. The truck needed a new engine. They had me come back in and get a loaner vehicle, as this type of repair will take weeks. Not Happy with GM itself for the quality of this truck, but at least the dealership is trying to make it right. Hope the truck is as good as new when I get it back? Really glad the dealership gave me a loaner without any problems.
