I wasn’t thinking about an appointment, I was

I wasn’t thinking about an appointment, I was preoccupied with the vibration made when I applied the brakes. Cory checked with the mechanics to see if they can get me in, and a few hours later done. Hours, only because folks with an appointment came in at their times of course. Which I fully understand. Thank you Sandia BMW and Cory.

Another terrific experience having my wife's BMW 428i

Another terrific experience having my wife's BMW 428i serviced at Sandia BMW. The work is always done in a professional manner and they even will send you a video via text to show you and explain the work that needs to be done. Service Manager Jake Mueller is an expert in providing great customer service and strives to make sure that you are informed of every issue in a timely and proficient manner. Jake's communication skills and knowledge of the service department result in seamless transactions. I would give him 6 stars if it were possible

Great service.

Great service. Took my Grenardier for oil change. I was greeted by the service manager and checked in promptly. Very nice sitting area in the showroom and reasonably priced service. I will definitely revisit

I brought my BMW X3 In for new tires, alignment, and brake pads. Loren took care of me as if I was the only customer there today. Very professional, thorough and friendly. He knew I had a time crunch at the end of the day so he made sure my car was ready and that he could check me out quickly. Also, the young man who helped me at the front desk with my loaner was equally great.. I highly recommend Loren and the whole team at Sandia BMW.

Buying a new car can be stressful and an arduous task. Working thru the process with Laurence Chevez was anything but. He is professional, courteous and listens to whatever concerns you may have. There are no hidden surprises
