Zach my service advisor was extremely helpful. I live a couple hundred miles away and he made sure that everything was coordinated before my arrival, helping to prevent any delays. He also arranged a loaner car and kept me updated throughout the time my car was in the shop.

The Service Department is wonderful and will work with you for the best outcome. Zach took over as our service representative Scott retired. Zach jumped right in and has been doing his best to make sure we are back on the road. We have one more work order and he I know he will stay on top of this! Thank you BMW for easing our pain!

My service advisor, Daniel Flores, was outstanding. He kept me updated and scheduled transportation to/from dealership making the experience seamless. I really appreciated after returning my keys at pick-up, that he took the time to walk with me to my vehicle to ensure no new issues, the warning/service light turned off and I was good to go. Outstanding experience!
