We took our X3 in for the air conditioning system, which was not blowing cold air, expecting to have it in for most of the day. Zach was our service writer and did a great job of explaining what was gonna happen gave us an estimate and after the guys did a full inspection of the car and the air conditioning system, it came in well under the original estimate. Very happy with the service the work and the atmosphere thanks.
