Leased a polestar II from them. I asked for a single motor with pilot package. They gave me a dual motor without my knowledge even though I pointed that out when signing the contract, which I was told the info on the paper was wrong, and I’d be getting the car I wanted. They said they would give me the plus package for free because it was already on the car, but at the end it was calculated in the total. The car was dirty with crumbs and hair on the seat, which weren’t cleaned even after I pointed that out. Be careful when dealing with some of the salesmen there. Not sure how long Colin and his space manager Arya can keep up with loosing the customer trust. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Worst car buying experience. Sold me a car falsely advertised. Requires $10k+ of repairs. Asked for detailed service records, they replied everything is on the Carfax. Didn't expect this as a military veteran.

We had a GREAT Experience! Drove in with the fam from out of town after doing a majority of the search & application online. My sales rep (Mo) and Finance Manager (Rance) were both Awesome, Patient, Professional, Respectful, Friendly & Thorough! Although I missed a few negligible blemishes on the vehicle, that was totaly on me. The dealership was Clean, Spacious, Cool and Perfectly located near the highway and DFW airport for an easy in and out! The whole process from getting to the dealership and driving off with the car took less than 2hrs! I would do business with Grubbs Volvo again!

Bought a Polestar 2 from Grubbs, I was only in the office doing paper work for less than 30 minutes. Best experience I have ever had buying a new car.

I had the absolute worst experience with Grubbs Volvo. I had purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer from this dealership. From the beginning of the sale there were communication issues which thankfully ended up being resolved. However this car needed some work and they agreed to fix the things that were wrong with it when I bought this vehicle. I had waited 2 weeks after the sale was complete and picked up the car early from the shop do to me needing a vehicle to get to work. They said they would order the parts and when the parts came in they would call and schedule for me to drop the vehicle off. When I got to the service center they couldn't find my appointment even though I had the text confirmation from them. Sat and waited for 45 mins while they figured out what happened gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. Fast forward to a MONTH later I just got my car back and NOTHING has been completed except for 1 thing which I could have ordered on Amazon and fixed myself. I had asked for the trim piece that had FLEW OFF while I was driving home the first time to be replaced, paint form the fender being replaced was and still is a completely different color and my glove box that was working just fine when we test drove the vehicle did not work when I picked up the vehicle after the 2 week waiting period. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone not even my worst enemy. If I could give them 0 starts I would have.

Our experience was exceptional. The purchase process was seamlessly easy and devoid of any aggressive sales practices or hidden tricks. The establishment exuded a pristine cleanliness and provided an enjoyable environment to spend time in. Although the car was not immediately ready for pick-up, the staff ensured our comfort and satisfaction, despite the slight delay. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Jack as a salesperson, whose expertise and professionalism left a lasting impression.

The staff were pleasant to work with and Aamir went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were happy with our purchase. We will definitely refer Grubbs in the future.
