I deserve better service I refer 3 people buy car

I buy my car from this dealer, certified use with extending maintenance service above $3000 additional NOW each time I go for car service they give me unprofessional work plus each time they said is not in extending maintenance service. Is not Faire at all and each time treat me rude. I want better service with clear explanation.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle 2 days ago at Grubbs Infinity

Bought a pre-owned vehicle 2 days ago at Grubbs Infinity in Grapevine. Jalea, our sales person, was wonderful and we appreciate how well she communicated with us throughout the inquiry, shopping, and buying. Straightforward Christian young lady who showed us the cars we came to see and helped us. Christopher Fitter in finance was great, too. Very efficient and nice. Jalea was so great with the purchase and even after readying the car pulled it into the special showroom area and put a huge red bow on it so we could take pictures! This was so special to me and really was going the extra mile that was just icing on the cake! You have a beautiful showroom and facility at Grubbs. Very clean and pleasant. Love the patio, the restrooms, the lounge with water and snacks, the phone charging stations. We will definitely shop Grubbs again.

Worst car buying experience ever!

Worst car buying experience ever! I believe that because I was a woman, they thought I lacked care buying knowledge and tried to take advantage of me. I stopped by to look at a Volvo XC90 on April 2nd; it was a Saturday, and as you can imagine it was a busy place. Found the right car, the sales guy Ben was patient, and he tried. The sales manager Shad in the "back" offered the bare minimum on my trade. KBB on the Grubbs Volvo website was offering $7200 more than what they first showed me. After I refused the first offer, they quickly went up by 5,500. The rest of the process was deceitful, promising to take off the dealer add-ons and not reveal the interest rate, only payments, and terms. After wasting 5 hours of a Saturday, I left the dealership and regretted ever having stopped at Grubbs Volvo. I have since purchased a Volvo at a Dallas Volvo dealership and had an exceptional experience.

Stay away from 2022 Volvo Purchases

I have purchased 2 Volvo's from this dealer. 2021 xc40 and a xc60 2022. The XC60 was purchased a few months ago. The 2022 xc60 is just not ready for the public. The radio displays one channel while you listen to another channel. This distraction also caused me to get into accident. The Google interface does not work except to change the car temperature. Apple Car play does not work. I was promised this would all be fixed 3 months ago. yesterday I brought the car into their service and was provided tech note from Volvo that none of these short comings would be fixed until May 2022. The dealership was well aware of these short comings, but there was never a disclosure about the extent of Google short comings in the car. When you buy a $70k+ car, you expect that everything will work. If not things will work shortly afterward your purchase. This was a deceitful practice on Grubbs Volvo part. The Sales team certainly knew full well that these items did not work on the car. BTW their service department is wonderful to deal with and very up front and honest.

They did not really respond timely. By the time they finally got back to me, the car I wanted had been sold. Overall a disappointing experience. Everyone was polite when they did communicate with me, though. I'm sure they're busy, so I understand.

Despite some early hiccups in our search, working both...

Despite some early hiccups in our search, working both with Wesley Mahaffey-Kohler who is the Volvo manager and especially with Whitney Belfer in sales proved to be the experience we were looking for in purchasing our new Volvo! For example I was experiencing getting to know the tech side of my new car - Whitney brought a Volvo employee, who is a millennial (and probably grew up attached to a computer ) to my home to help me understand. Augustine offered any. help any time to me! That is only one example of the 'beyond the necessary' customer service I have experience. So if you are looking for an excellent, very safe and beautiful - go for the Volvo and go and ask for Whitney (or Wesley).

Horrible service

Pretty bad service...we called many times just to be transferred many times and also be put on hold.when we got there there was no one in the office as we walked into a mobile home because Volvo Grubbs doesn't hav a building yet. We have many doubts on service to buy a veifrom them since the service is horrible plus no facility to service a new vehicle that's electric we are unaware they even have the experienced staff to take care of. Ps. When we walked into mobile home building 2 guys came in none asked if we needed help or greeted us...just horrible service al around I wouldn't recommend. I did like how the xc40 rechargeable car drive but it was a bit small.

In purchasing a new Volvo, everything about Grubbs is excellent, starting with the salesman, Daniel Anderson. He's very knowledgeable about the product, was efficient in placing our order, and did a first class job of demonstrating the features upon delivery. He's low pressure and so is Arya in the the financial department which made the whole experience very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Poor Pricing and Hidden Fees.

Found a car I had been looking for and reached out online since I was out of state. The price was just over $3,000 above typical KBB for the area, but it was a car I wanted and I was hoping to negotiate a reasonable price. After a few emails I was told they would not lower they price and then was sent a price breakdown which, among many things, added another $1,795 Dealer Prep Fee. When I asked why it wasn't included in the advertised price I was told "Here at GRUBBS we do this process before the sale and I am required to give you a walk around of the dealership, we don't include it in the price because than you wouldn't know of the process we go through here ". As if I need to pay almost $2,000 for a tour to buy a car. I'm very disappointed that they don't try to negotiate at all on unreasonable prices, and then try to tack on an obscene hidden fee for the purchase. I will not do business with them.
