I was very pleased with everyone I encountered in the showroom. They made me feel like they were listening to me and my concerns related to buying my leased car. My sales Person Melody made me very comfortable and my overall experience was better than I expected. The finance men Jim and Chris got me a great interest rate and even re did all the paper work when I changed my mind about plating the car locally.

More Great Service
Upon hearing a LOUD KNOCKING NOISE - which I had never heard before - I called Jenkins! A Service Dept. associate - Robert Keeler - answered. As soon as I stated the problem, he knew immediately the cause. This was an actuator which was going to need to be replaced. I had never known there was such a part. An appt. was set for later the same day. When I arrived, I was welcomed by several employees. A clear explanation of the problem was given along with the estimated cost. From start to finish, I experienced the same great customer service that I have always been given. Thanks again to Robert for his service and his kindness.

scratch after service
after getting my car back I found a scratch on drivers door. If I was still on dealer I would have told them But because of I did not want to go back in Around people I did not complain.
