The car exceeded my expectations on every level, as did the outstanding service I received from Levi Reynolds. He recorded a video of the car for me, showing me every feature and condition, and was completely honest at every stage of the online buying process. After I made the deal, he personally delivered it and showed me how to configure settings for my driving style. I will definitely do business with Levi in the future and recommend him to others. Good Experience – Expectations Exceeded! I’ve bought enough cars both new and used to know that the process at times can be painful, especially with used cars. I bought a non-Mazda used car. From phone call to finish, TJ Hobbs made the process easy. I recognize TJ works for the dealership and is motivated to make the sale, but I felt as if TJ had my best interests in mind. The sale went smoothly and continued through the payment stage, which itself can be another point of pain. Nabil Al-Attas, the F&I Manager, was personable and quickly moved finalization along. No xx. The car needed some cosmetic clean-up and TJ did a good job with the follow-up, coordinating everything and making sure I was satisfied. Well done!
