Poor customer Service / poor treatment of vehicle

Took my new leased XC 90 for a tire replacement after hitting a nail, good service and friendly people, but someone scratched my side panel leaving a permanent scratch. On my second visit it was a scheduling nightmare. I was told several times that I was confirmed for my first 10K services, but upon arrival they said they couldn’t help me. It wasn’t until I said that I would make it reflect that they decided to help. When I received my vehicle I noticed one of my wheels were scratched after they conducted the rotation. In all every time I have been there they do more damage to my vehicle.

Quick and Easy

Recently purchased my Volvo and I will say, this has been the easiest and best buying experience I have had at a dealership so far. Would recommend!

Very good Volvo service

Advisor was friendly and efficient and the long-time cashier Lilly was, as always, highly professional and pleasant. She makes a trip to the Volvo service center a nice experience and not something to have to bear, as is the case with the other dealerships.

Best vehicle purchase experience ever!

Our salesman Mr Kevin MacNaught was,in a word, outstanding. He went out of his way to ensure the purchase of our 5th Volvo was easy and stress free. His efforts exceeded that of every salesman we have dealt with through the years. Our newest Volvo has many new features that take a little time to master. He made himself available at all hours to take calls for answering questions which we took advantage of on multiple occasions.

Very friendly service department.

The service department staff was very friendly. The customer service manager was extremely competent and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and were explained thoroughly. I understand that you pay a premium for dealer service so you should expect first class service and they deliver it.

Owner; I will say that this g

This entire process began with my service through the service of my other vehicle. My service tech helped with me test driving my new car as a loaner, and the rest is history. I have been driving Volvo since 1995, and I will be loyal to Volvo for life.

Smooth sailing service

Financing and sales consultant very helpful. Knowledgeable of their job, greatly explanation of the car process. Selling nowhere near problems, visits exceeding highly. Much appreciated

Wonderful Service

The friendliness and professionalism displayed by the service advisor in explaining the 40k service and informing me about the recall pertaining to spark plugs. She kept me updated throughout the whole process.

numbers game

Not only did they play with numbers, the sales desk tried to act dumb when I quoted them the price they had online. I sent a friend there to buy a car. Luckily it wasn't my money I would have left. They then gave the price online and lowered the trade in value. Smh I have been buying cars to long. I like numbers to numbers. Always ask for ACV on your trade. It eliminates all games

Kia forte 5

Purchase in October call because I didn't receive my tags I was told I need to turn car in. I have gave them all info said they tried to reach me want me to turn in asap very Rudd when I talked to someone
