Not only did they play with numbers, the sales desk tried to act dumb when I quoted them the price they had online. I sent a friend there to buy a car. Luckily it wasn't my money I would have left. They then gave the price online and lowered the trade in value. Smh I have been buying cars to long. I like numbers to numbers. Always ask for ACV on your trade. It eliminates all games

Kia forte 5
Purchase in October call because I didn't receive my tags I was told I need to turn car in. I have gave them all info said they tried to reach me want me to turn in asap very Rudd when I talked to someone

I just bought a Kia Soul in May 2016 after I just renewed the tags on my old one. They told me they would transfer my plated to my new Kia. 6 weeks later and they still have not transferred my plates. Debbie from Kia called me and said that now the DMW wants to see a FS-1 form. After I question why this has not been done earlier, she asks "or do you just want new plates"? I said sure, thinking that was the easier route to go. I wasn't aware that I immediately have to pay the taxes on my KIA. Even the lady I spoke to at the DMV says that Leigh KIA messed up on this one but Kia is not willing to work with me on this one. The purchasing experience wasn't too bad. The sales person (Brook) did a good job. The Kia Soul was dirty when I drove off the lot and they offered me to come back for detailing. I did go back a week later, waited almost 2 hours and it really wasn't cleaned that well. Also, no wiper fluid in the car. Maybe I'm just expecting too much when I purchase a vehicle from a dealer ship?

Constantly Improving
Since moving to the sandhills, 8 years ago, I have been getting my Volvos serviced at Leith Volvo. I was very satisfied at my first visit to the dealer and did not see much room for improvement. My error--they have constantly improved the facilities and personnel. The service advisers are just that, advisers. They take the time to discuss the car's needs and offer options. Even the service manager checks with the owner during time in waiting room. By the way, the new facilities are excellent. I recently replaced the tires on my XC 60. Based on the advice from the parts department, I purchased tires that have improved the ride and handling of my vehicle. The pricing was better than 3 other sources.

My first car buying experience!
Let me first begin by saying that I had never bought a vehicle before I came to this place. I was reffered by a family member to a woman by the name of Cheryl. Not knowing anything about the car buying process, I was treated with nothing less than the highest level respect and kindness throughout. Everybody I came into contact with was extremely friendly! Would I recommend this dealership to a friend? ABSOLUTELY!!!!!
