Germain Subaru of Columbus

I recently purchased my first subaru at Germain subaru. Pat my salesman treated us wonderful through the purchase process and everytime i have messaged him since. Today we took it in for servicing, Aaron took care of us. Super friendly and very helpful. We are very pleased with our treatment at Germain Subaru. Everyone that we have come in contact with there has been great. I love my Outback Wilderness!!

Dionysis is always the kindest person in the service check-in. He is always helpful and happy to answer my questions. The service department did a great job servicing my vehicle for it’s regular maintenance.

Patrick was very kind and very knowlgable. Assisting me with choosing the right car for my needs and setting me home. The dealership was super busy at the time but he did his best with making sure we still got the attention we needed. At the end of the day I financed my first "new new" car. And I'm pleased! All the people here are super nice and respectful. My dad also purchased a Subaru here as well and was happy I ended up here!

The entire experience was very low key. No pressure just people trying to satisfy our needs and make a sale. I would recommend Germain.
