Please stay away from this scamming dealership for all
Please stay away from this scamming dealership for all your car needs. We purchased a used car a few weeks ago and they scammed us by saying that taxes were included in the prices. So the story is that this car was for our mom who is battling cancer and she couldn't physically travel from another state, so we went to purchase it on her behalf. Clay did not once mention that taxes aren't part of OTD cost on day one or day two. On day one, we walked away because we didn't think car was worth 8k with taxes and fees. The following day I got a call that they will accept $7500 with taxes and doc fees included. But Clay scammed me by lying and hiding the paperwork from us until it was too late. Clay also said this car being at 210k miles, it cannot be financed so we had to pay all cash. We paid $7500, and on the title, the sale price is 7k. They just kept the $500 to themselves which was supposed to be for taxes. I wanted to write this review before I reach out to Ohio Attorney General's Office later today to file an official complaint. The salesman is blaming us that we signed the paperwork, and now they will keep the remaining money.

Paras, As we discussed on the phone and as I have stated in the numerous reviews you have left, I am genuinely sorry that there was a misunderstanding. However, we feel we were very clear that the price (which was heavily discounted) included only the sales price as well as the doc and title fees and that you would be responsible for paying the taxes in Texas as we do not collect those here at the store. In addition, there were 2 documents that you signed stating as such. I assure you there was no "scamming" or intentional misleading taking place. I have added my contact information again for you below should you wish to discuss further as I have requested that due to the personal and horrific personal attacks you have levied against our staff that you communicate only with me from now on. There is nothing to discuss with you since you don't want to correct your mistakes. I would have never bought the car if your staff member Clay was honest. He is deceiving you now and he deceived me that day. If you guys record calls then hear those calls he had with me in October when he agreed on the price second day just to make a sale and then scam me. There was no deal as this car couldn't even be financed by any institution and I had to pay cash. You were given plenty of chances to correct the mistake (scam), so all this defensive techniques just show how wrong you and Clay did to someone who is sick. On the comment on personal attacks "these people hang up on you mid conversation and cook up their own story to look like a victim" I was trying to explain them what they did to a sick person with cancer is not okay, what if someone from their family was going through it and was scammed in this manner.
I had an issue with my car.
I had an issue with my car. Thought it may have been a broken motor mount. Brought it in and they performed the inspection and ensured to me that there was nothing broken. Even brought me out to the shop to show me everything was intact. The best thing of this is they didn’t even charge me. I found that to be very awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Found a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder on this site. Drove to Germain Subaru to look at it 11/15/2024. Had several text messages with the sales guy Leo. Today, Tuesday 11/19/2024 I had a text from Leo thinking we could close on this car but he had to talk with his manager. Three hours later I hadn’t heard anything so I called the sales manager only to find out they moved the car to another lot. I called that lot Germain Nissan only to find out they jacked the price up $5000. Very shady way of doing business.
