Routine oil change and a factory recall appointment. Vehicle completed as promised . Shuttle service driver super nice ! Dan in service reviewed everything thoroughly . Texted me when work complete . I like the feel of this smaller dealership as service dept and customer care very important to me. Great job!!!

My recent service visit was great! I dropped off my car and was helped right away. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet. The appointment was less than an hour and a half (the estimated time they told me). All service members were kind and communicative. I’m so glad I chose to buy a new Volkswagen and have this dealership close by!
