I currently drive past 2 other VW dealerships to come here. Extremely clean, very friendly staff. Nicholas in service was very open about what was going on with my car, giving me recommendations but never pushing. Nick in Sales remembered my name even though I wasn’t his client! He even started chatting with me about the Mk8 golf R knowing I had the previous gen. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

We took my 2009 Beetle in for a repair. Brittany listened to us and took care of all of our concerns. It was an easy and very timely experience. We were very satisfied with the service we received. I love my sweet car and hope to keep it as long as I can. We purchased it new at this location in 2009.

We had a great experience this afternoon turning in our Arteon and leasing a new Jetta SEL. Our sales rep Lewis was so helpful and personable and very knowledgeable of the VW product. We’ve leased numerous VWs over the years from three different dealerships and have always had good experiences, but today was especially enjoyable and we left feeling good about our interactions with the whole team at Germain VW.

Good service, friendly advisors. If you buy tires they are covered by Road hazard. If you buy a car with tires on it the tires are not covered.
